Kristin Arthur
Director
Speech Language Pathologist
Kristin has a wealth of experience advocating on behalf of people with a range of communication and swallowing difficulties – minimising discomfort, and maintaining dignity and quality of life. Her particular areas of interest are swallow rehabilitation and management in hospital, aged care and palliative care; and voice, speech (& swallowing) in the context of neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Parkinson’s Disease. She has always worked in private practice where she is able to tailor her assessment and therapy to the particular lifestyle, needs, and goals of her clients.
Kristin has a Master of Speech Language Pathology from Macquarie University. She is a member of Speech Pathology Australia (MSPA), a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP), and a certified provider of LSVT Loud® and SPEAK OUT!® therapies.
Kristin is a mother of three daughters, and likes to keep fit with soft sand running & pilates. Prior to becoming a speech pathologist, Kristin worked in corporate finance.

Betsy Rumble
Director
Speech Language Pathologist
Betsy is passionate about supporting people with communication and swallowing impairments. She works primarily with people with Parkinson’s Disease and other neurodegenerative illnesses to improve and maintain their speech, language, voice and swallowing abilities and to identify and implement workable compensation strategies when needed.
Betsy has a Master of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Sydney. She is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) and member of Speech Pathology Australia (MSPA) as well as the Australian Voice Association. She is a certified provider of LSVT Loud® and SPEAK OUT!® therapies.
Betsy is a mother of three and serves as a Director on the Parkinson’s NSW Board. Prior to becoming a speech pathologist, Betsy had a career in corporate law.

Tara Takach
Speech Language Pathologist
Tara has extensive experience supporting older adults with complex communication and swallowing needs across residential aged care, subacute rehabilitation, and community settings. Her particular areas of interest are high-risk dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and working with people living with neurodegenerative conditions and advanced dementia, with a special focus on palliative and end-of-life care.
Tara holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) from the University of Sydney. She is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) and member of Speech Pathology Australia (MSPA), and is currently completing a Master of Palliative Care.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys playing guitar, travelling, staying active, and caring for her rescue greyhound, Sunny.
